Ciphers and Principhers

Arclet X /Ark-leht #number/

Principher of the Arcana. Replace X with whatever mathematical construct is suitable. i.e. Arclet 10 could represent a 10 degree curve on an exponential graph of progress (I know, there are holes), or could represent an oscillation principle, such as Arclet Cosine being the Princpher of waves. Higher-order Arclet's are closer to the Singularity. Lower-order Arclets are relics of the past, and although don't die out, fade in importance over time. Foundation in Kurzweil's Law of Accelerating Returns/Order. ("little arc")

Axel (also Axl) /acks-ul/

Axiomatic Cipher. One of the two central static arcine players in the Tautrix. The mathematic interlocking and self-sufficient axioms and theorems that comprise our Tautrix. The abstract turing machine that is our execution. Through union with Cipher, set the whole physical universe in motion, from the Big Bang on. Foundation in contemporary computer science (Church-Turing Thesis) and mathematics. (axiom)

Chron (also Kron, Chronos) /kron/

Principher of time. The direct descendant of Cipher and Axel. All progression through time is the product of Chron. He gives time for man to chromaetch and for the Arcana to progress. Foundation in modern theoritical physics theories about time. (Chronos, Greek god of time)

Cipher (also Sypher, Syph, Cifer, Ciph) /sigh-fur/

Cipher Cipher. One of the two central static arcine players in the Tautrix. The zero, nothingness. The original emptiness or lack that has and always existed. The canvas upon which all Chron and Grehmat of our Tautrix has existed. Foundation in modern theoretical physics that posits a nothingness before the Big Bang.

Graphen (also Grafen) /gra-fen/

Principher of man. A personal guide to how we should act in the Tautrix. She manifests himself in the form of emotional impulses and conscience. Foundation in "human nature," man's psychological make-up, and the selfish-gene

Grehmat (also Gremat, Grema) /gre-ma/

Principher of matter and growth. The direct descendant of Cipher and Axel. She constitutes all physical quantities and all space. Foundation in modern theoretical physics. (see etymology of growth + matter)

Lopix /low-picks/

Principher of morality. This is optional, but it's more of a substitude for Karma. Foundation in the self-fulfilling sociological probability that what one throws out there tends to come back to them. (Loop + matrix)

Storic /stor-ick/

Principher of optimism. The historical imperative. The care-taker of things outside of your control. The alleviator of your worries. Foundation in the notion that man's desire multiplied by time interacting with a complex environment has a tendancy to eventually resolve his desires. (from story from history)

Tautrix terminology

Arcana /ar-kahn-a/ (n.)

Group of Arclets.

arc /ark/ (n.)

The shape of general progress, i.e. exponential. Foundation in Kurzweil's Law of Accelerating Returns/Order.

arcinity /ark-in-it-tee/ (n.)

The state or quality of being arcine.

arcine /ark-ein/ (adj.)

Having a progressive or arc-like structure. (arc + divine).

chroma /kro-mah/ (n.)

The permanent memory of Chron.

chromaetch /kro-mah-etch/ (v.)

To write into the memory of Chron. This is done by simply existing. Everything that has happened has a permanent effect on history. Even if blackholes can erase information, nothing takes away from Chron the fact that what you did happen. Substitute for "everlasting-life" or "Heaven."

emin /eh-min/ (int.)

A statement to mark the end of a sync or sync-like comment. A Cipher-signature. A substitute for the word, "amen." (amen mixed with eminent)

lexis /lecks-ihs/ (n.)

A book or collection of knowledge that informs about the Tautrix. Substitute for "Bible" or other "spiritual" text. (lexicon)

procipher /pro-sigh-fur/ (n.)

One who has an an awareness of the Truth in the Tautrix and delivers such Truth to man. An architect of the Truth or Tautrix. (pro--produce + cipher)

primer /pry-muhr/ (n.)

Any one of a handful of mathematical and computional foundations used by Axel to construct the initial Arc, Grehmat, and Chron. Such foundations include Natural Selection, the Central Limit Theorem, and the Law of Accelerating Returns.

principher /prin-sigh-fur/ (n.)

A child or leader from Cipher. A dynamic arcine player in the Tautrix. All dynamic phenomenom can be explained by a principher's actions. The equivalent of god in Greek mythology. (princip--lead + cipher)

symed /simmed/ (adj.)

Having a supernatural structure. Usually reserved for the Ciphers, Principhers, or qualities that resonates with those two groups. (from symbol)

sym /sim/ (v.)

To endow with an arcine or symed quality. Substitude for "bless." (from symbol)

sym /sim/ (n.)

Qualities that are arcine or symed. Substitude for "spirit" or "soul."

symiotic /sim-e-oht-ick/ (adj.)

A feeling of symed resonance. Substitute for "spiritual."

singularos /sing-yu-layr-os/ (n.)

The unification of everything toward increasing and accelerating order. Substitute for "praying for Peace." Foundation in Kurzweil's Law of Accelerating Returns/Order.

singularity /sing-yuh-layr-ih-tee/ (n.)

The point toward which humanity is progressing toward. The period in the future where order, progress, and paradigm shifting happens at a blinkingly fast rate. Foundation in Vernor Vinge's Singularity Theory.
